ZoneHVACFourPipeFanCoil is a ZoneHVACComponent that wraps the OpenStudio IDD object 'OS:ZoneHVAC:FourPipeFanCoil'.

If fan type is OS:Fan:ConstantVolume, all availability schedule values must be greater than zero
